Returns Policy



Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

Earrings & Huggies Engraved Products Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be elegible for a refund


Please download and fill in our returns form and make sure enclose it with your return.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not cover or reimburse the postage of returns this is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns are sent tracked 24h post or courier and do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items while they're in transit.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, supplied back in original packaging and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 14 days after receiving your item. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement after the refund has been made.

If the product is returned and is damaged in any way, or returned without all of the original packaging or returned after more than 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
